Allow project managers to approve or reject nominated replacement resources directly from actionable notifications. Resources and stakeholders are notified of assignment changes timely, increasing transparency and strengthening collaboration in the resource assignment process.

When a resource manager nominates a replacement for an existing project resource, an actionable notification is sent to the project manager. From this notification, the project manager can approve or reject the nomination. An approval updates the assignment dates and role details for the new resource and automatically notifies the affected resources and other stakeholders. When a nomination is rejected, the original assignment remains in Pending replacement status, allowing the Resource Manager to nominate an alternative resource.
