Redwood Experience for License List and Details
The Redwood Experience user interface is now available for the agency's list of licenses and the license parent detail pages, featuring an enhanced look and feel in the Business Licenses offering.
Agency staff can manage details about the license parent using tabs the left-hand navigation panel. The pages that appear for each license depend on the license type setup by the agency:
- License Overview
- Business Details
- Owner
- Location
- License Details or Registration Details
- License Activity
- Credentials and/or Contractor
- Conditions
- Fees and Payments Summary
- Audit History
License types can include contractor registration and business credentials.

The License Activity page for the license displays the license activity associated with the license parent. For example, the activity includes the status for the period when the license was effective.

The new enhanced user experience built with Visual Builder Studio streamlines the look and feel of the License List and Detail pages.
Steps to Enable and Configure
Use the Opt In UI to enable this feature. For instructions, refer to the Optional Uptake of New Features section of this document.
Offering: Multiple Offerings No Longer Optional From: Update 26C
The Redwood Experience for License List and Details is delivered as "enabled" in 26A. To revert to the classic experience, you complete the following steps:
- Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Offering: Business Licenses > Change Feature Opt In.
- In the Public Sector Business Licenses row, click the pencil icon in the Features column.
- Under the "Redwood Experience for License List and Details" clear the "Enable" checkbox.
- Click Done.
