Capture Candidate Citizenship Information in HCM Data Loader

You can create, update, and delete citizenship information for candidates of type external candidate, external contingent worker, ex-contingent worker, and ex-employee when this profile option is enabled:

• ORA_IRC_EXWKR_CWKEXT_CITIZENSHIP_UPDATE_RECRUITER

With this feature, you can have an alternate option for associating citizenship information without having to do it manually through the user interface.

Steps to Enable

To enable the ORA_IRC_EXWKR_CWKEXT_CITIZENSHIP_UPDATE_RECRUITER profile option:

1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, click the Tasks icon.
2. Click Search.
3. On the Search page, search for the task Manage Administrator Profile Values.
4. Click the task name.
5. On the Manage Administrator Profile Values page, search for the profile option code ORA_IRC_EXWKR_CWKEXT_CITIZENSHIP_UPDATE_RECRUITER.
6. In the Profile Values section, set the profile value to Y.
7. Click Save.
