Welcome to the demo of the Enhanced Purge Process and Benefits Diagnostic Reports feature in Oracle Cloud Benefits. In this session we review the enhancements made to the purge process and benefits diagnostic reports.

In this feature we have enhanced the benefits purge process to purge self-reports life events when administrators purge the person who reported the event. We have also enhanced the benefits diagnostic reports to cover sections relevant to the pages resigned in the Redwood toolset visual builder studio.

The outcome from this new feature ensures processes and reports are up to date with the new designed functionality. If you have not used any of the benefit diagnostic reports, you need to add them to your toolbox for troubleshooting. Also, anytime you are logging an SR with Oracle you will be asked to upload one or more of the diagnostic reports. Let me do a quick review of how to run the diagnostic reports. First you must have the application diagnostic administrator role to run any diagnostic report. Navigate to Settings and Actions which you locate by click on your thumbnail in the upper right corner. Under troubleshooting you click Run Diagnostic Tests.

Enter the name of the diagnostic test you want to run in the search field. Here I am going to enter Program and click search. Notice the system will return all reports with the word program in the name.

You will select the report you wish to run by checking the checkbox, let's check program information diagnostic test.

Then click the add to run button. Scrolling down to the run tests area I can see the program information diagnostic test has been added. Notice I have a caution alert listed in the input status column, this is telling me I need to input some type of data. Clicking on the icon I need to enter the date and the program. I will select today's date and then I will enter TM Benefits Program and the select ok.

Once you have entered all of the needed input values click on run or you can schedule to run for later, I am going to click on the run button.

Click ok to the message box letting you know the test has been submitted.

In the Run Status area you need to click on the refresh icon for the report to appear and continue clicking on the refreshing until the execution status shows complete.

Once the report is complete click on the expand arrow to the left and then click on the report icon to download the review and view.
