View Receipts and Receipt Returns in Supplier Portal Using a Redwood Page

This demonstration shows you how you can use View Receipts and Receipt Returns in Supplier Portal using a Redwood page to enhance your business. Let's start the demonstration. First, we will ensure that the Redwood page for Supplier Portal Receipts and Returns Enabled Profile option is enabled to use the feature view receipts and receipt returns in Supplier Portal using a Redwood page.

We will access the task Manage Receiving Profile Options to ensure that the profile option is enabled. Query for the Redwood page for Supplier Portal Receipts and Returns Enabled Profile option. We must ensure that the site level profile value is set to Yes. Click the Cancel button to exit the page.

Now that we have ensured that the profile option is enabled, we will access the Supplier Portal with a supplier user having the access to view receipts and returns. On the Supplier Portal work area, we will access the new Receipts and Returns task. Supplier Portal work area opens. Click the Receipts and Returns task Redwood receipts page opens by default.

We can view the receipt information here. We can also view the in-app navigation for the two pages, receipts and returns. We can see that the receipt date is defaulted to the date corresponding to the previous day and the current day. Now we will use the organization facet to filter the receipts.

Once the facet value is set, the receipts data in the table below is filtered and it shows receipts for that particular organization. We will sort the purchase order column. We may see different receipts performed against the same purchase order. We will click on the attachments icon for one of the receipts. Close the attachments drawer once you have seen the document attached to the receipt.

Now we will click on the receipt number hyperlink to view the receipt details. Receipt summary page shows the receipt details in the lines information. We will click the back icon to exit the page. On the Receipts page, we see that it is showing the data across organizations. Now we will also see the other filters that are available by clicking the filters facet.

We may see other filters applicable here, and we will try and filter receipts for an organization from here too. Click the See Results button. We now see that the receipts are filtered for this organization. Now that we have seen the functionalities available on the Receipts page, using the in-app navigation, we will click the Returns tab to access the Returns page.

Returns page opens and shows the returned receipts across different organizations. We may observe different columns available on the page. We may see the received and returned quantities. Click on the receipt hyperlink to view the receipt details. Receipt summary page shows the receipt details in the lines information.

We will click on the attachments icon to view any attachment on the receipt. Close the attachment drawer after viewing the attachment. You may also view the transaction history if needed. Click the back icon to exit the page. As we see that the receipts returned across different organizations showing on this page, we will try to filter the data for a particular organization.

Click the Filters button to show other filters available and filter data for a particular organization. We may also choose other filters as shown. We will filter returns for an organization from here. Click the See Results button to apply the filter. We now see the returns for the particular organization.
