Employment Info Page within Benefits Summary
Welcome to this 25A demo. I will be showing you how to use the employment info page within the new Redwood Benefits Summary page in HCM Cloud Benefits. This new feature brings the Redwood design to the employment page within the benefits summary. Administrators continue to have easy access to employment information without leaving the benefits summary page and they gain the improved Redwood functionality. Enabling the Redwood design ensures consistent functionality across all your benefit Redwood pages. I have navigated to the Benefits Summary Page from my client groups and searched for an employee. On the right-hand side are actions that I can perform. I will click on employment info hyper-link which will opens up the employment information’s page.
Here I can see the employee’s assignment information, their managers, their seniority dates and their historical changes.
Scrolling up I can click on the actions dropdown to perform actions for this employee or I can add an assignment. The ability to perform these two actions is based on your security role setup for benefits administrators. Once I am finished reviewing all of the information, I will click the back arrow which returns me to the benefits summary page.
The new Redwood employment info page is delivered enabled when you set the ORA_BEN_ADMINISTRATIVE_ENROLLMENT_REDWOOD_ENABLED profile value to Y at the site level.
