This Feature allows you to create a comprehensive project proposal that covers project objectives, scope, timeline, budget estimates, and staffing plans, using Oracle AI during project planning.

Project managers often spend significant time drafting proposals, leading to inefficiencies and inconsistencies.

This feature streamlines the process by leveraging AI to generate comprehensive, structured proposals with minimal manual input.

The outcome of the Project Proposal Generation is saved time and improved accuracy and consistency across proposals.

This enables faster decision-making, better stakeholder communication, and a more efficient project initiation process.

This demo shows you how Project Proposal Generation enhances your business. Amy Marlin, a seasoned project manager working for Vision Corporation Enterprises, is asked to prepare a project proposal for an opportunity with Hillman enterprises. After reviewing the project details in the projects work area, Amy selects Manage Project Proposals to initiate the process.

On the Manage Project Proposals page, she quickly initiates a new proposal to get started.

Amy reviews the general project information, ensuring all details are accurate and making and adjustments if needed. And then proceeds to generate the proposal.

The project proposal is generated instantly, saving Amy time and effort. She reviews the key details—project duration and budget—followed by four structured sections:

  • The Company Background – Showcasing Vision Corporation Enterprises' expertise and capabilities.
  • The Executive Summary of the project.
  • Implementation Plan along with a project timeline – Providing a clear execution strategy.
  • The Resource Plan and Budget Allocation.

Amy makes necessary edits and highlights key details to ensure the proposal aligns with project requirements. Once finalized, she can save it as a draft or publish it. She proceeds to publish.

Back on the Manage Project Proposals page, Amy sees the newly published proposal which can be downloaded as a word document or PDF. And this ensures a convenient way to share with clients or stakeholders.
