Associating Analysis Load Format with Analysis and Analysis Collection

The Analysis Load Format is a required field that must be associated with these views:

• Analysis
• Analysis Collection
• Analysis List Export (XML or nonXML)

The Analysis Load Format field is available in each of these views.

Select the Lookup icon next to the field to open the dialog box applet, which displays all available Analysis Format records based on the configured Purpose Type.

The following sections describe the behaviour of each view.

Behavior of the Analysis in Use and Analysis Collection in Use Views

In the Analysis in Use and Analysis Collection in Use views, the Analysis Load Format dialog box applet displays only those records where the Purpose is set to: Campaign Load.

Behavior of the List Distribution View

In the List Distribution view, the Analysis Load Format dialog box applet displays only the Analysis Format records whose Purpose is set to: Analysis Export

Validations on Analysis Load Format

The following validations apply:

• Campaign Load processing fails if an Analysis Load Format isn't associated with the corresponding Analysis or Analysis Collection in a campaign configuration.
• List Export processing fails if an Analysis Load Format isn't associated with the corresponding Analysis Export record in List Distribution.

Program Screen Support

Analysis configuration is supported in the Program screen as well.

• Analysis and Analysis Collection records created in the Program Designer view support Analysis Load Format association.
• Similarly, the Program Response Definition and Lead Setup views support Analysis Load Format association through the Add Analysis button.
