This illustration shows the top portions of the User Details page.

In the banner at the top there is a menu button, and icons for search, developer tools, announcements, help, languages, and user (surrounded by a red border). There is also a drop-down list for regions.

There is a navigation path for Identity > Users > User Details.

On the left is a green circle with the letter "U". The status is Active. 
A sample user name is shown twice on the right.

On the right there are buttons Edit User, Edit User Capabilities, Link Support Account, and Add tags.

On the User Information tab there are fields:
