Under DNS record there are two radio buttons:
--Assign a private DNS record, which is selected.
--Do not assign a private DNS record.

There is a text entry field with sample text.
There is a Fully qualified domain name with sample text.

Under Launch options there are three buttons:
--Let Oracle Cloud Infrastructure choose the best networking type (selected)
--Paravirtualized networking
--Hardware-assisted (SR-IOV) networking.
