创建数据库
通常，DBA 会创建自治 AI 数据库，然后为开发人员提供连接到数据库所需的连接信息和身份证明 zip。这些 DBA 具有 Oracle Cloud 用户账户，可以授权他们在专用基础结构上创建和管理自治 AI 数据库。
