您可以使用 Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 控制台或 REST API 启动或停止实例。

要在控制台中启动或停止实例，请执行以下操作：

1. 在 Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 控制台的 Developer Services 下，选择 Blockchain Platform 。
2. 选择正确的区间，然后单击要启动或停止的实例。
3. 选择 Start（启动）或 Stop（停止）。此时将提示您确认选择。
