事件
Globally Distributed Database 在 Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) 中发出事件，OCI 是指示分布式数据库资源更改的结构化消息。
您可以在 OCI 事件服务中定义规则，以获得 OCI 本机服务中发生的事件的通知，并使用通知服务 (ONS) 从这些事件发送电子邮件或其他通知。
