您可以使用 Visual Builder Studio 隱藏「客戶儀表板」上「動作」功能表中的選項。

範例：在次要動作功能表中隱藏動作

1. 以管理員身分登入 CX for Utilities Agent Service。

2. 按一下頁面右上角的功能表，然後選取在 Visual Builder Studio 中編輯頁面。

3. 選取您的工作區，然後按一下選取。您也可以視需要建立新工作區。

4. 在應用程式使用者介面面板中，展開 Oracle Utilities Advanced Care UI 應用程式，然後瀏覽至 main 、 customer-dashboard ，接著選取 customer-dashboard-start 。

5. 選取變數子頁籤，以顯示常數和變數。

6. 選取 USER_SECONDARY_ACTIONS 常數。

7. 在預設值欄位中，針對您要隱藏的每個動作，將 display 設為 off，以輸入每個動作的組態。例如：
