Ceridian Extract for Oracle Cloud Payroll

Ceridian has partnered with Oracle to develop a set of Oracle Cloud Payroll integrations for US customers.

The Ceridian Extract for Oracle Cloud Payroll allows clients to use Ceridian for:

• Tax filing

• W-2 filing and printing

• Involuntary deduction payments (wage attachment disbursements)

• New hire reporting

• Multiple worksite reporting

• Check printing

Note: All Ceridian services other than check printing require use of the Ceridian tax-filing service. You can use the Ceridian check print service as a stand-alone integration.

This extract transforms output files from Oracle-delivered payroll processes (Payslip and Third-Party Tax Extract XML files). The transformation from the Oracle XML to Ceridian XML format is done with XSL templates. Ceridian delivers the XSL templates as BI Publisher Reports.

Important: Some of these solutions require use of the USOnlinePayslip.xml file. This file contains comprehensive employee payroll info. You must ensure any agreements you have with Ceridian include a requirement to keep your employee’s info confidential.

Ceridian provides all the components needed to create the Ceridian XML files. No Oracle Cloud development or XSL template coding is required.
