Attention: Once a compensation plan has been assigned to a salesperson, you cannot change the plan's plan element time interval. If you have assigned the plan and you want to change the interval for a plan element, you must remove the plan assignment, change the plan element's interval, then reassign the compensation plan.

When you change the quota or compensation rates on a plan element, these changes are propagated to all salespeople who do not have custom plans. For more information on customizing quota and rates when you assign the plan, see Customizing Compensation for a Salesperson.
