Approving a News Story (End User)
News approvers must have the Content Manager responsibility. Approvers access news stories that require their approval by navigating to their news inboxes in the Group News Authoring screen. This task is a step in Process of Managing Group News. To approve a news story
- From the application-level menu, choose Navigate > Site Map > Group News Authoring > News Inbox.
- In the News Stories list, select the news story you want to approve.
- Click the Content Editing view tab, and change the value in the Status field to Approved.
