Deploying with Global Time Zone

Configuring the global time zone feature (based on Universal Time Coordinated, or UTC) no longer requires the database server machine to be set to a GMT time zone.

NOTE:  For Rev. A, the UTC-related topics are now located in Deploying with Global Time Zone.
