Process of Using the Function Space Diary
The following list shows tasks that sales representatives and event and revenue managers perform to use the Function Space Diary. The end user's company may follow a different process according to its business requirements.
NOTE: Before the Function Space Diary is used, an administrator must define property day parts and function space and asset inventory status indicators. The administrator must also add property floor plans. See Setting Up Properties and Defining Day Parts, Status Indicators, and Setup Style Translations for administrator procedures.
