You can quickly capture response by selecting the right option. For example, click on the first star to denote Continue Discussion. Click the second star to denote Need Data, the third star might denote Accepted, the fourth star might denote Not Interested and the final star might denote that the customer has Rejected the message. NOTE: The number of stars and the associated values is controlled by a List of Values defined for PCD_RESPONSE_TYPE.

Click to close and sign. Sign can immediately navigate you to Signature Capture for Samples screen. |

Click to save the session. PCD automatically tracks and updates all the interactions and responses along with duration and sectional information. It also automatically updates the products detailed. |
