Deleting Out of Order and Unavailable Designations

Users can delete out-of-order and unavailable function space designations, using the following procedures.

To delete an Out of Order designation on a function space

1. Right-click on the function space designated as Out of Order.
2. Choose Delete.

   The display refreshes and the function space is no longer labeled as Out of Order.

   NOTE:  When users delete an Out of Order designation from the diary, this information is also removed from the property pricing records.

To delete an Unavailable designation on a function space

1. Right-click on a function space designated as Unavailable.
2. Choose Delete for either the particular occurrence or for the entire series.

   When you have chosen the appropriate option, the display refreshes and the occurrence or series is removed from the diary.

   NOTE:  When you delete an entire series from the diary, this information is also removed from the property pricing records.
