Navigating to the Function Space Diary

Users can navigate to the Function Space Diary from a number of different screens and views in the Hospitality application. These include:

• Functions screen > Functions List view
• Quotes screen > Functions view
• Property screen > Total Availability view
• Property screen > Total Group Availability view
• Property screen > SR Type Availability view
• Property Pricing Admin screen > Out of Order view
• Property Pricing Admin screen > Unavailable view
• Function Space Diary screen

This task is a step in Process of Using the Function Space Diary.

To navigate to the diary from the Functions screen

1. Navigate to the Functions screen > Functions List view.
2. In the Functions list, query for the function.
3. In the Function record, click the link in the Date field.

   The diary displays the property record associated with the function and the selected date.

To navigate to the diary from the Quotes screen

1. Navigate to the Quotes screen > List view.
2. In the Quotes list, query for the quote record.
3. In the Quote record, click the link in the Name field.
4. In the Function list, select the function, and then click the link in the Date field.

   The diary shows the property record and the selected date.

To navigate to the diary using the Property screen Total Availability view

1. Navigate to the Property screen.
2. In the Properties list, query for the property record.
3. In the Property record, click the link in the property Name field.
4. Click the Total Availability view tab.
5. Click Go to Diary in either the Total Group Availability or the Total Transient Availability list.

   The diary shows the property record and the current date.

NOTE:  Users can also navigate to the diary from the Property screen's Total Group Availability and SR Type Availability views by clicking Go to Diary.

To navigate to the diary using the Property Pricing Admin screen Out of Order view

1. Navigate to the Property Pricing Admin screen.
2. In the Properties list, query for the property record.
3. In the Property record, click the link in the Property Name field.
4. Click the Out of Order view tab.
5. From the Out of Order list, select the record, and then click the link in the Start Date Time field.

   The diary shows the property record and the selected date.

To navigate to the diary using the Property Pricing Admin screen Unavailable view

1. Navigate to the Property Pricing Admin screen.
2. In the Properties list, query for the property record.
3. In the Property record, click the link in the Property Name field.
4. Click the Unavailable view tab.
5. In the Unavailable list, select the record, and then click the link in the Recurr Start Date field.

   The diary shows the property record and the selected date.

To navigate to the diary using the Function Space Diary screen

1. Navigate to the Function Space Diary screen.
2. In the Properties form, query for the property record.
3. Click the appropriate view tab.
