Process of Using the Function Space Diary


This topic lists the tasks typically performed by sales representatives, event managers, and revenue managers when managing bookings from the Function Space Diary. Your company may follow a different process according to its business requirements.

To manage bookings from the Function Space Diary, perform the following procedures:

NOTE:  Before you can use the Function Space Diary, an administrator must define property day parts and function space and asset inventory status indicators. The administrator must also add property floor plans. For more information, see Setting Up Properties and Defining Day Parts, Status Indicators, and Setup Style Translations.
