Opportunities for Nonparticipating Properties Development Process


Opportunities for nonparticipating properties are developed and detailed in the same manner as any other opportunity. The following tasks are carried out:

  1. The sales representative creates the opportunity with all irrelevant details.
  2. The sales representative adds a function agenda.
  3. The sales representative adds room block information and room blocks.
  4. The sales representative adds extra information, such as notes, attachments, activities, billing information, and so on.
  5. The sales representative selects a nonparticipating property for which a quote may be generated.
  6. The sales representative generates a quote.
