Entering and Viewing Loyalty Members' Value Scores

As the member value score, you can select a number from 1 to 5, to indicate the member's value as a customer.

To enter or view a member's value score

1. Navigate to the Loyalty Members screen.
2. In the Members list, select the member and click its Member # hyperlink.
3. Click the More Info view tab.

   The member's value score appears in the Member Value section, in the Lifetime Value Score field.

4. To enter the member's value score, select a value in the Value Score field.
