Closing Product Issues (End User)
When the status of the product issue is changed to closed, the LS Medical Product Issue Close workflow:
- Does a user authentication
- Locks down these fields:
Asset # |
Serial # |
Lot # |
Manufacture Date |
Manufacture Name |
Street Address |
City |
State |
Postal Code |
Country |
- Makes all fields read-only

- Navigate to Product Issues screen > Product Issue List view.
- Select a product issue.
- Click Close.
- Complete user authentication.
