The Types tab shows all top-level object types, listed alphabetically. The Types tab shows the object hierarchy—clicking the plus sign (+) to the left of an object type displays all the child object types of the top-level object type. Clicking the minus sign (-) to the left of an object type collapses all its child object types. NOTE: By default, not all object types are visible in the Object Explorer. For information on how to show and hide objects types, see Setting Database Options. Some object types have a hierarchy of multiple levels. For example (as shown in Figure 4):
