Adding Requests to a Siebel Analytics Dashboard


This topic explains how to add Siebel Analytics requests to a dashboard.

To add a new request to a dashboard

  1. Navigate to a dashboard section you want to edit.
  2. Click the Edit icon in the section.
  3. The Edit Section page appears.

  4. In the Section Content area, click the New Request link.
  5. Siebel Answers appears.

  6. Create the request and save it.
  7. For more information about creating a request, see Working with Requests in Siebel Answers.

  8. After saving the request, click the Dashboards link.
  9. The new request appears in the edited section in the dashboard.

To add an existing request to a dashboard

  1. Navigate to a dashboard section you want to edit.
  2. Click the Edit icon in the section.
  3. The Edit Section page appears.

  4. Click the Existing Request link.
  5. The Add Item From Catalog page appears.

  6. Click the folder link that contains the saved request.
  7. Click the saved request.
  8. Click Finished.
  9. The saved request appears in the edited section.
