Siebel Order Analytics Dashboards

The Order Analytics screen is available to users of Siebel Order Analytics.

Executive Analytics

This dashboard is for senior executives. It provides information about key performance indicators of an organization's product, pricing, and order processing. This dashboard also provides overview information that shows the state of the business across customer channels.

Quote Analytics

This dashboard is for organizations that need to track the effectiveness of their quotes in a multichannel business. Information is provided about quota exceptions, discounts, products often quoted but not purchased, and abandoned shopping carts for the Web channel.

Order Analytics

This dashboard is for operations managers who need to track the operational efficiency of their order processing units. Operations managers can view order processing times, order pipeline exceptions, process efficiency, on-time delivery, and order payment. This information can be used to assess the business unit's performance against the performance indicators used to evaluate the business.
