Business Process Flow for Creating a Request


Figure 5 shows an example of a process flow for creating a new request in Siebel Answers. The first step is to select a subject area. The second step is to add columns to a request. The third step is to modify the columns as needed. The fourth and last step is to save the request. You may follow a different process flow according to your business requirements.
