Configuring Dialogic CT Connect


For detailed instructions for configuring Dialogic CTI Connect, refer to CT Connect Installation and Configuration Guide.

To configure Dialogic CT Connect

  1. Choose Start > Programs > Dialogic CTC Server > Configuration Program.
  2. The Dialogic CT Connect Configuration program appears.

  3. Enter a logical identifier for a new link, then click Add.
  4. Select your switch type, and select TCP/IP as the transport, then click Next.
  5. Enter your switch IP address and associated link number.
  6. Accept or change the setting of 1000 for Maximum Monitors.
  7. Leave Auto Start Link selected.
  8. Click Advanced.
  9. Check the Enable Link State Checking check box, then click Save.
  10. To save the new link, click Save again.
  11. Click Exit.
  12. On Microsoft Windows NT: choose Start > Settings > Control Panel > Services, and restart the Dialogic CT Connect Manager service.
  13. On Microsoft Windows 2000: choose Start > Settings > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Component Services, and restart the service (from the Services (Local) section).
