Siebel Communications Server Administration Guide >

Communications Operations for End Users

This chapter provides information about end-user operations relating to communications capabilities.

Most of the tasks described in this chapter are typically performed by end users such as call center agents who are primary users of communications features. These tasks may also be performed by users such as call center managers or communications administrators.

NOTE:  End users are not expected to directly use this guide. Your Siebel application implementation may differ from what is described in this chapter. This chapter contains references to administration topics that relate to the end-user operations described here.

For information about creating communications templates and about creating and submitting outbound communication requests, which are advanced end-user activities, see Configuring Communications Templates and Defining Outbound Communication Requests.
