Configuring Communications Templates

This chapter describes how to create communications templates that are to be sent to recipients of outbound email, fax, or wireless messages sent using Siebel application features that support outbound communications.

The procedures described in this chapter can be performed either by administrators or by advanced end users.

For additional guidelines on creating templates for use by Siebel products documented in other books, such as Siebel eMail Response, refer to applicable documentation.
