Using the Reception Screen
The Reception screen, a feature of Siebel Call Center and of Siebel CTI, enables receptionists and other agents with similar functions to efficiently handle multiple incoming voice calls and view relevant information about calls and callers.
To display the Reception screen
- From the application-level menu, choose View > Site Map > Reception.
