Tracking Inventory

Follow these procedures to verify inventory.

To verify inventory status using the Inventory screen

Navigate to the Inventory screen.
Select an inventory location.
Click the Product Inventory view tab.
Select a product.

The Inventory Level subview shows the inventory status for all products at the selected location.

To verify inventory status using the Part Browser

Navigate to the Part Browser screen.
Select a product and inventory location.

The Inventory Level subview shows the inventory status for this product.

To generate inventory status reports

Navigate to the Inventory screen.
Select an inventory location.
From the application-level menu, select View> Reports > Product List by Location or Products Below Minimum Level by Location.

To view cycle counting parameters for a selected location

Navigate to the Inventory screen.
Select an inventory location.

Cycle counting parameters appear in the Inventory Locations form on the More Info tab.

To view all inventory transactions

Navigate to View > Site Map > Inventory Transactions.
