Account Reports


Account reports, listed in Table 3, are available from the Reports menu.

Report
Description
Current Account Service Profile
Describes details for products associated with the account, including product, product type, version, description, vendor and comment. This report also describes a purchase history including product information, implementation phase, and purchase date.
Smart Report Account Summary
Describes details of a selected account including account history, future revenue, satisfaction, organizational hierarchy, and service requests.
Smart Report Account Service Detail
Describes all service-related information for the selected account including service requests, customer satisfaction, and the history of service request resolution.
