Solutions


The Solutions list records the name and description of a solution, plus the frequently asked questions (FAQs) to which the solution might respond. Table 11 shows the items in solutions records.

Description
Publish Internal
A check box that indicates this information is available to internal users. The check box indicates this solution will not appear in solution lists exposed to customers over the Web but appears on internal solution lists.
Publish External
A check box that indicates this information is available to external users. The check box indicates that this solution appears both in solution lists exposed to customers over the Web and on internal solution lists.

The More Info view for the Solutions list displays Solution Categories that provide additional predetermined pieces of information that add to this solution.
