Recording a Customer Appeal or Grievance


End users can record customer complaints.

To record a new customer complaint

  1. Navigate to the Service screen.
  2. In the More Info form, add a record and complete the necessary fields.
  3. Click the Appeals & Grievances view tab.
  4. From the Show drop-down list, select Complaint Detail.
  5. In the Complaint Detail form, complete the necessary fields.
