Specifying the Best Time to Call on a Contact
Using the Best Time to Call view, you can enter the best times to call on a contact based on a selected address. You can then query for contacts available during a specific time period.
To specify the best times to call on contacts
- Navigate to the Contacts screen.
- In the My Contacts list, select the contact.
- From the Show drop-down list, select Best Times to Call.
- Tap the Best Times to Call list to select it.
- On the toolbar, tap the New Record button.
A new row appears in the Best Times to Call list.
- Complete the fields for the record, as described in the following table.
