Printing Quotes

Once the customer has expressed significant interest, it is often appropriate to present a hard copy quote.

To print a quote

Navigate to the Quotes screen.
In the My Quotes list, select the quote containing the line items that will be printed.
From the Show drop-down list, select Quote Items.
Align the infrared ports on the handheld device and the printer.
In the parent Quotes form, tap the Print button.
