Reviewing Achievement Container Information


The Achievement Containers Workbook contains data about each of the created achievement containers.

To review Achievement Containers Workbook information

  1. From the application-level menu, choose View > Site Map >Incentive Compensation Tracking > Achievement Containers Workbook.
  2. A list of achievement containers appear, as shown in the following figure.

    The fields are described in the following table.

    Field
    Comments
    Achievement Container ID
    Automatically generated by the system to define the container.
    Execution Period
    The measure period into which the accumulated transactions are grouped, according to the Status Date of the transaction.
    First Name
    Participant's first name.
    Group ID
    ID of the group.
    Group Name
    Name of the Group.
    Last Name
    Participant's last name.
    Obsoleted Date
    If the container has been changed, a new container is created and the old one is obsoleted. This is the date that the container was replaced.
    Plan
    The compensation plan with which the achievement container is associated.
    Plan Participant ID
    Plan Participant identifier.
    Plan Participant Position ID
    Plan Participant position identifier.
    Plan Period
    The measure period into which the accumulated transactions are grouped, according to the Plan Date of the transaction. The Plan Period determines which calculation run includes the container.
    Plan Rule ID
    Plan Rule identifier.
    PM1 Revenue Credit
    Performance Measure 1 Revenue Credit.
    PM1 Unit Credit
    Performance Measure 1 Unit Credit.
    PM2 Revenue Credit
    Performance Measure 2 Revenue Credit
    PM2 Unit Credit
    Performance Measure 2 Unit Credit.
    Position
    The participant's position.
    Rule
    The Plan Rule with which the container is associated.
    Status
    Either Active or Obsoleted, depending upon whether the container is current or has been replaced by another one.
    Territory
    The participant's position territory, if applicable.

  3. In the list, select an Achievement Container record, and then drill down on the hyperlink in the Achievement Container ID field.
  4. In the Sales Hierarchy Explorer view, drill down to trace the container to its transactions.
  5. Drill-down on an Achievement Containers requires the Plan Participant to be associated with a Sales Hierarchy.

Alternatively, you can view Achievement Container data from the Plan Rules Achievement Containers view, as shown in Figure 14.

The data in this view is the same as the data in the Achievement Containers Workbook, but it is organized by Plan Rule.
