Reposting Unsold Auction Items

As the global administrator, you can repost a closed auction that has unsold quantity remaining. This would include a closed auction that received no bids, received bids but did not meet its reserve price, or sold only part of its total quantity.

NOTE:  To repost an auction item you must manually close the auction item first.

To repost unsold items

  1. Navigate to the Catalog Administration screen.
  2. Click the hyperlink for the catalog that contains the auction you want to repost.

    3. The Categories screen appears.

  3. Select the category that contains the auction you want to repost.
  4. Click the Auctions tab.
  5. Click the hyperlink for the auction number for the auction you want to repost.

    6. The Auction screen appears.

  6. Click Repost.

    7. The Edit Auction screen appears.

  7. Edit auction information as needed.
