Adding Auction Information

On the first Auction wizard screen, you add specific information about your auction.

NOTE:  The following screens are set up in Wizard format. You can cancel the auction creation process at any time by clicking Cancel, or continue by clicking Next. You can also complete the process by clicking Finish.

To add auction information

  1. Complete the following fields on the Create Auction wizard screen.

    2. Field
    Description
    Auction Name
    A name for the auction item.
    Description
    A brief description of the auction item.
    Location
    Where the auction item is located.
    Features
    Any special features about the item.
    Warranty
    Warranty information, if applicable.
    Condition
    The condition of the auction item, such as new or used.

    NOTE:  All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

  2. To upload an image of the auction item, click the select button in the Image field.

    3. The Add Attachment dialog box appears.

  3. Click Browse to locate the image file.

    4. The Choose File dialog box appears.

    NOTE:  You can use any HTML-supported graphic, such as a GIF, BMP, or JPG file, for the Image field. This graphic will be a thumbnail image only.

  4. Click Next.
