Modifying Workflows

Workflows are modified using the Process Designer in the Workflow Processes view of the Business Process Administration screen.

Among the modifications you can make are the following:

Adding and deleting steps.
Changing the branching behavior of a step.
Customizing user registration, checkout, and order approval.
Displaying error messages. For this, you can use a subprocess call to the
eSales - Display Error Process (see Figure 28).
