Creating Scheduling Rules for Siebel Web Engine

Use the following procedure to create scheduling rules for the Siebel Web Engine.

To create scheduling rules for SWE

1. Click on Scheduling Rules.
2. In the HTTP tab, do the following:
   1. In the VIP window, highlight the value.
   2. In the Virtual Port field, enter any port number except 80.
   3. In the Server Ports field, insert 80.
   4. In the Servers window, highlight the appropriate Server for Siebel Web Engine.
   5. In the Resource field, select URL.
   6. In Path Expression field, enter the string /callcenter/* (include the slashes and asterisk).

      Click Add. If necessary, click Apply Changes.

3. Test the scheduling rules.
   1. Launch a browser and type the Siebel Analytics URL, including the forward slash at the end.
   2. You should be able to log in to Siebel Analytics Web.
