Document Scope and Audience

This document is intended for system administrators or application developers who are installing BEA AquaLogic Enterprise Repository (ALER) 3.0 software. It is assumed that readers are familiar with Web technologies and have a general understanding of Windows and UNIX platforms.

This document explains how to use the BEA Products installation program on both Windows and UNIX platforms. It is organized as follows:
