Creating a Warranty Claim from a Work Order (without a PWA)

You can create a warranty claim from a work order.

To create a warranty claim from a work order, perform the following tasks:

1. Navigate to the Warranty Claims screen, then Work Orders view.
2. Drill down on a work order.
3. In the Work Order Details view, select Create Claim.

   The Warranty Claim Entry Details view appears for you to enter the warranty claim details. For more information on creating a warranty claim, see Creating a Warranty Claim.
