Confirming that Workflows Are Active


Use the following steps to confirm that all C/OM workflows are active.

To confirm that workflows are active

  1. Navigate to the Administration - Business Process screen, Workflow Deployment, and then the Active Workflow Processes view.
  2. In the first applet, perform one of the following actions:
    • Query for SIS*,Pri*,PSP*,ISS*,Elig*,eSales*
    • Query for the following groups: Eligibility & Comp, Asset Based Ordering, Pricer, eSales, Product Promotions, Configurator, C/OM UI Processes, CUT eSales (for SIA, not for HOR), Product Recommendations.
  3. Confirm that all the workflows are active.
