Defining Products for Entitlement Templates

You define specific products or assets in an entitlement template in the Products view. You can also define products or assets in an entitlement template in the Service Products view.

This task is a step in Process of Administering Entitlements.

To define a product for an entitlement template

1. Navigate to the Administration - Contracts screen, then the Entitlement Templates view.
2. Select an entitlement template record, and click the Products view tab.
3. Create a new product record, and complete the fields as appropriate.
