Associating Products and Assets with EntitlementsIn the Products view, you can associate assets and products with an entitlement. The records in this view apply when the All Products check box (in the Accounts view for an entitlement) is not selected, and the entitlement is valid only for specific products or assets. NOTE: The Line Items view of the Agreements screen shows the products purchased or provided under the agreement. The Products view in the Entitlements view of the Agreements screen shows the level of service provided for each product and asset associated with the agreement. |
